Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and CHAOS League (“CHAOS League”, “we”, “us”), a community tournament site at chaosgame.online (the “Site”) operated by an individual based in the United States. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may use the Site only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you.
- You may not use the Site if we have previously banned you.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
- One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account, and do not use anyone else’s.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
- Your username must not impersonate another person or Site staff, and must not be offensive or misleading. We may change or remove usernames that break these rules.
3. Teams and tournaments
- Each tournament may have its own rules (format, schedule, roster requirements, eligibility and prizes), shown on the tournament page or announced by the organizers. Those rules are part of these Terms. If they conflict with these Terms, the tournament rules apply to that tournament.
- Team captains are responsible for their roster, lineups and for following the tournament rules on behalf of their team.
- Tournament staff decide on match results, disputes, penalties and disqualifications. Their decisions are final.
- We may change the schedule or format of a tournament, or postpone or cancel it, at any time.
4. Fair play and conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, use hacks, exploits, bots or unauthorized third-party programs;
- play on someone else’s game account, let someone else play on yours, or field players who are not on your registered roster;
- fix matches, lose on purpose, collude with opponents, or bet on matches you play in;
- harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone, or post hateful, sexual or violent content;
- share other people’s personal information;
- spam, scrape the Site in a way that burdens it, or try to break or get around its security;
- break the rules of the game you are playing or its publisher’s terms of service.
We may investigate suspected violations, and we may share information with the game publisher or esports integrity bodies when we investigate cheating or match fixing.
5. Free entry and prizes
- Taking part is free. No purchase or payment is required to create an account or to enter any tournament.
- Some tournaments may offer prizes. Any prize is provided by the organizers, not paid for by players, and is announced before the tournament starts.
- To receive a prize, you and your team must have followed these Terms and the tournament rules. We may ask winners to confirm their identity, age and place of residence, and to give us the information needed to deliver the prize (for example, legal name, payment details or tax forms).
- If a winner is under 18, the prize may be delivered to their parent or guardian, and the parent or guardian’s consent may be required.
- How a team prize is delivered and divided among team members will be stated in the tournament rules.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prizes.
- Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with one of equal or greater value.
- A prize may be forfeited if the winner breaks these Terms or the tournament rules, is not eligible, or does not respond to us within 30 days after we contact them about the prize.
- Prizes are void where prohibited by law.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload or create on the Site, such as your username, team name, profile picture and team logo (“your content”). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and reproduce your content on the Site and in posts that announce or report on the Site’s tournaments (for example, brackets and results).
Upload only content you have the right to use. Do not upload other people’s logos, artwork or trademarks without permission. We may remove any content that breaks these Terms.
7. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Moonton
CHAOS League is an independent community site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Moonton. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Your game account is governed by the game publisher’s own terms. We are not responsible for your game account, game outages, or actions the publisher takes against your game account.
8. Our content
The Site’s design, logo and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with our permission.
9. Suspension and termination
We may warn you, remove you or your team from a tournament, disqualify you, or suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or the tournament rules, or if we need to in order to protect the Site or its users. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Sections 5 (for prizes already awarded), 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 continue to apply after your account is closed.
10. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for third-party services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHAOS League and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to US $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless CHAOS League and its operator from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from your content, your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
If you have a problem with the Site, please email us first at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which the operator of CHAOS League resides and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be decided exclusively by the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If we make significant changes, we will also tell you on the Site or by email. If you keep using the Site after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
15. Other terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example if the Site gets a new operator.
